In just a few dances of remarkable
rigour and exhilarating
inventiveness, the Swiss
choreographer Gilles Jobin has
put himself at the forefront of the
international scene as one of the
main forces behind the
regeneration of dance. He has had
incredible success with this work,
created in 2003 for twenty or so
dancers from the Ballet de Genève,
which reconciles classical tradition
and contemporary dance.
