This evening dedicated to György Ligeti is on the scale (perhaps an inordinately large one) of the musical odyssey dreamt up by the Austrian composer of Hungarian origin during a career that spanned from 1941 until his death in 2006. For the occasion, the Ictus musicians are joining forces with the young elite of performers who trained at the Chapelle Musicale Reine Elisabeth; together, they invite us on an exploration of his world in a programme staged in different parts of the Opera.
