Handel’s first oratorio, this first stab is a master stroke. Emmanuelle Haïm returns to a composer with whom she has enjoyed a privileged relationship since the very start of her career. By their side, an international star of stage direction: Krzysztof Warlikowski gives an unusual reading of this fable on time and disillusionment.
