After Passion and Medea by Pascal Dusapin, the choreographer Sasha Waltz has chosen to deliver her version of Monteverdi’s Orfeo: she freely mixes the living and the dead, and summons to the stage a maelstrom of singers, dancers and instrumentalists, including Charlotte Hellekant, Georg Nigl and the Berlin Vocalconsort, accompanied by the Freiburger Barockconsort.
